Services bookings and Cancellations

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 2 days notice.

Any cancellation or reschedule made in less than 2 days will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the reserved services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

COVID-19 Policy

LTB is not responsible for making any refund of money due to the problems related to COVID-19.

We know that both child care and some workplaces do not allow access to anyone with symptoms of phlegm, flu, etc.

We know the right thing to do is to follow the rules of our premier. These protocols include covid test, isolation until the test result arrives, etc.

Our policy to face this moment of confusion and fear is that from September 13 we will be working from Monday to Sunday for those people who, due to force majeure, must cancel or postpone their treatment can resume it without causing any imbalance in the development of the loss program. weight, etc.

Please rest assured that at LTB we only want to see your improvement and 1 or 2 weeks of absence will not affect your treatment because we will take care of catching up.

Once you sign our cancellation policy on the day LTB treatment begins, you will not be obliged to make any refund. This is a national situation that we hope will improve as soon as possible.
